Looking forward to the new Flat turf season 2021.

I've got a sack load of money to bet. What's more important than the money? Knowledge, experience and bloody hard work.

Over the last few months, I've been researching and updating my vast horse trainer records, which is a good starting point to knowing the strength and weakness of handlers big and small.

Even the smallest yards can get a good two-year-old.

(Sometimes)

In truth, this research, which has taken thousands of hours over the last decade, is one part of the jigsaw puzzle which, hopefully, finds winners and puts money into the account.

The early season is quiet which is no bad thing as it gives me plenty of time to get my brain in gear.

One of the most important parts of my general assessment of two-year-old horse racing is having an excellent understanding of form. This can be a very time-consuming business. In fact, I have been known to review a race 30+ times.

In my opinion, you need to enjoy your horse racing to be at your best and that's why I follow this niche.

Each and every year I put the work in to be a better gambler.

I'm confident this season will be better than ever.
